Renew Me (AUST) Pty Ltd will replace with the same or similar Device (depending on availability) at no charge if the Facial Device fails due to defective material or faulty workmanship. Normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product does not apply.

We will replace one only device, outside of any guarantee period that has expired and a further 12 month warranty will not apply to the replaced product if it falls outside of the normal 12 month period of replacement.

The Lifetime Guarantee is void if the Device is abused or becomes unusable due to operator’s misuse or mishandling.

In the event of your Facial Device fails due to malfunction, you must contact us at the following link > Renew Me Contact Us Support Desk with a video of the fault. If it is determined that your device is no longer working, you will be required to return it to

Refund 12 Month Guarantee

If the Facial Device fails during the first 12 Months after purchase, you can request a refund. If you are choose to request a refund you will be required to return the Facial Device to the above address and we will refund you less the shipping price Renew Me originally paid when we sent it to you.
